RATE/PAYMENT POLICIES.

1. Check-in time is 1 PM. Check-out time is 12 PM. Our check-in and check-out times are designed to ensure that all of our guest expectations are met upon arrival. Should you arrive prior to 1 PM, your site may not be ready.

2. If you wish to stay longer, please check with the office to make sure your site is available and if we have an open site, we would be happy to extend your stay by adding an additional night(s).

3. Check out is by 12:00 noon, late check outs will result in a $25 fee per hour (example 5 hrs. x $25 = $125). If not removed by 4:59pm the RV will be towed away at the RV owner’s expense.

4. All rates include one vehicle (tow-vehicles are not considered an extra vehicle); however,                                  an additional $5.00 per day will be charged to credit card on file per vehicle. 

5. Payment is due at the time of booking.

6. We require a 48-hour notice on all cancellations.

 

PARK POLICIES.

1. No Parties or Unregistered Guests

2. Please do not place grill on picnic table.

3. No Tents are allowed on RV Site.

4. We offer a smoking area under the tree next to the pet park.

5. Please remain within the perimeter of the RV park.

6. Please do not park or drive on grassy areas.

7. Please keep close tabs on your children.

8. Fires are only permitted in the community fire pit area. Note: Unless fire restrictions are in place.​

   9. No one should relieve themselves outside of their unit.

   10. Please place trash in plastic bag and then place it in appropriate receptacles.

   11. Washing your vehicles is not permitted. Car wash located across from Walmart.

   12. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict problem guests for any reason.

 

CHILDREN POLICY & RULES.

1. Children under 12 years of age must not be left in the RV Park unattended for any reason, whether inside or outside of an RV.

2. Must remain within the perimeter of the park, all other areas are considered private property, please do not bother the other guests.

3. Parents/Legal Guardians are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the RV Park caused by their children.

4. Children are not to walk or use logs as a balance beam.

5. Tree or fence climbing is not permitted.

 

PET POLICY & RULES.

YOU, THE TENANT(S)/OWNER(S), OF THE DOG(S) ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIONS OF YOUR DOG(S), SUCH AS DOG BITES, DOG ATTACKS, & ETC. LANDOWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACTIONS AND ANY ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND.

1. No Pit Bulls or any aggressive breeds are allowed on park premises.

2. No Ropes and/or chains are allowed on dogs. IT IS INHUMANE.

3. No more than two pets per site.

4. Please do not leave pets unattended.

5. Pets must be kept on a leash at all time or in dog kennel.

6. Owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets’ waste.

7. Owners of aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.

8. All pets must be on a flea/tick treatment and must be current on all shots.

9. We offer a dedicated pet site, please be courteous with each other.

Anyone failing to adhere to these policies may be asked by the property owners to leave the

RV Park.  We reserve the right to refuse service or evict problem guests for any reason.
